Return to Meetings

Brethren,

Due to the easing of restrictions, announced by the governing bodies, Lodges in the Province are starting to hold regular meetings once again. Some Lodges are meeting for the first time in a year and I wish all Lodges a safe return to normal activities. 

To this end it is my intention to start Annual Visits to the lodges as per the Provincial Calendar. Any Lodge that wishes to restrict numbers please let Brother Ronnie Hay, Provincial Grand Secretary, know.

Remembering that face coverings are still required to be worn unless medically exempt. I note that some Lodges are asking members and visitors to consider taking a LFT on the day of the meeting and no more than 24 hours prior to the date of the meeting, this is a sensible request.

At this time if any Lodge wishes to rescheduled their Annual Visit, in the months of February, March and April, to contact Brother Ronnie Hay Provincial Grand Secretary.

Brethren, please note that there is no pressure on any Brother to attend if they do not wish to.
