Right Worshipful Provincial Grand Master, Most Worshipful Grand Master, Distinguished Brethren and Brethren all, I hope that you all had a very enjoyable day with us as we celebrate the 275th Anniversary of the Provincial Grand Lodge of Stirlingshire.

To organise such an important milestone in the history of Provincial Grand Lodge requires a great deal of dedication, hard work and planning, to make this important day such a memorable occasion.

Firstly our thanks must go to the members of the 275th committee for organising the event, with special mention to Provincial Grand Secretary Brother Nicol Scobbie, Provincial Grand Master Depute Brother Gordon Sewell, Substitute Provincial Grand Master Brother Sandy Thomson for collating and updating the history of Provincial Grand Lodge and Past Provincial Grand Senior Warden Brother William Reid for organising the 275 draw.

Our thanks must also go to our artists today, Kevin McLean, Tom Scobbie and Bill Strang, for entreating us. to the caterers and waitresses for providing us with such excellent fayre and Lodge Zetland for providing the bar, making sure we didn't go thirsty.

A special mention must go to Morag Scobbie, who not only has the unenviable task of keeping Nicol in check, but has been busily working behind the scenes looking after our guests.

Finally Brethren we must sincerely thanks each and everyone of you for being with us today to celebrate the 275th Anniversary of the Provincial Grand Lodge of Stirlingshire. I've also been informed that our treasurer, Robert Stewart, has a few tickets left for our 300th Anniversary in 2045, If anyone requires them.
