2015 Fishing Presentation

The Right Worshipful Provincial Grand Master Bro Alistair T Marshall took great delight in presenting a check for £1,000.00 to Home-Start Falkirk West, Duke Street, Denny on behalf of the Fishermen of the Province. The fine sum raised resulted from the Provincial Charity Fishing Competition held at on Saturday 6^th June 2015.

The money will go a long way to paying for their families’ annual outing to Blair Drummond Safari Park and to paying for gifts to be distributed at their children's Christmas Party.

Home-Start Falkirk West offers support, friendship and practical help to parents with young children. They offer a unique service, recruiting and training volunteers - who are usually parents themselves - to visit families at home who have at least one child under 5 to offer informal, friendly and confidential support.
