2015 Golf Section Presentation

RWPGM Bro Alistair T Marshall and WPGMD Bro Gordon WS Sewell, along with Provincial Office Bearers and the IPM of Lodge Carron No 139, Bro Willie Campbell presented cheques for £ 1,000.00 respectively to Karen McFarlane of Kidney Kids Scotland and Gill Richardson of Forth Valley Royal Hospital at Lodge Carron No 139 on Wednesday 30^th September 2015.

 The money was raised by the Golf Section of Provincial Grand Lodge and will be put to very good use by these two Charities.

 Kidney Kids Scotland was founded on July 2000 and has distributed over one and a half million pounds towards the treatment of children in Scotland suffering from renal and urology problems. They also support hospitals all over Scotland with much needed equipment and funding posts.

 The Inflammatory Bowel Disease Section of the Forth Valley Royal Hospital deals with sufferers of both Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis. These are lifelong conditions to which there is no known cure. Currently, there are some 2,000 sufferers in the Forth Valley area, alone.

 Both ladies were extremely grateful for contributions to these two very worthwhile charities.
