At the Regular Meeting held on Tuesday 14 February 2012 Brother Douglas Barclay (WSW. No. 16) received his 50 years Jubilee Certificate from RW Master Bro Stuart Gilles in the presence of RWPGM Bro Andrew A McKinnon
