Congratulations to Provincial's Latest Honorary Provincial Office Bearer.

The Provincial Grand Lodge of Stirlingshire paid its Annual Visitation to Lodge Stirling Royal Arch No 76 on Monday 23^rd September 2013.

The RWPGM Bro Andrew A McKinnon had pleasure in presenting Bro James Francis Fisher PM of 76 with the Honorary Provincial Grand Rank of Bard in recognition of his many years of service to Freemasonry.
