Presentation to Camelon Home

Lodge St John Slamannan No 484 raised the magnificent sum of £1,700.00 at their Lodge annual golfing day held in the summer recess.

A cheque for £1,000.00 was presented on Tuesday 20^th November 2012 to Tayavalla House, Action for Children, Camelon, Falkirk by the Lodge.

The picture shows Deputy Master Bro David Russell and Bro Leonard McComb PM with a representative from Tayavalla House receiving the cheque.

The Lodge also presented a cheque for £200.00 to a gentleman from Shieldhill who has MS and had to give up his work. The local people in Shieldhill had a fundraising night in the village Welfare Hall where the cheque was presented.

The balance of £500.00 will be used to part finance a special bed to be donated to a Home in Polmont.
