On Monday 21st February during the Annual visit by the Provincial Grand Lodge of Stirlingshire the RWM Bro Robert Russell McKendrick presented a Jubilee Certificate to PM Douglas H Buck in recognition of his long service to the Lodge, Provincial Grand Lodge during his time as Secretary and his continued assistance at this time, he was also congratulated by the PGM Bro Gordon Sewell.
