Mark Wright Project

Lodge Dolphin No 911 held a special degree on Saturday 11th  June 2016 in aid of the Mark Wright Project Team.

The team was led by Bro David Kerr RWM of Shettleston St John Lodge No 128. The ceremonial itself was led by Bro Douglas Sneddon RWM from Edinburgh Defensive Band Lodge No.151.

A total of 115 brethren from all over Scotland were in attendance to see this unique version of the Mark Degree conferred on two members of the Lodge.

When the dust settled the Lodge was pleased to be able to donate £1,750.00 to the Mark Wright Memorial Fund thanks to the generosity of all brethren. The money will be used to provide various forms of support to ex-service personnel and their dependents.

The RWPGM Bro Alistair T.Marshall led a deputation from Provincial Grand Lodge to the event. During the day he was pleased to confer the Honorary Provincial Grand Rank of Grand Director of Ceremonies on Bro Daniel Holmes PM of Lodge Dolphin No 911.
