1483 Celebrate 60 Years

The members of Lodge Loch Lomond No 1483 celebrated the Diamond Anniversary of the Lodge with a Re-dedication Ceremony followed by a Celebration Dinner. The event was held in the Millennium Hall, Gartocharn at 2.30pm on Saturday 21st September 2013.

The RWPGM Bro Andrew A McKinnon and members of Provincial Grand Lodge officiated at the re-dedication service. This was followed by a fine repast served up at the dinner to follow.

At the conclusion of the re-dedication ceremony RWPGM was surprised and delighted to receive honorary membership of Lodge Loch Lomond.

Lodge Loch Lomond No 1483 made a fine donation of £230.00 to the Benevolent Funds of Provincial Grand Lodge.

Some 96 brethren from inside and outside the Province were in attendance. This included some 38 members of various Provincial Grand Lodges. Below is an assortment of photographs kindly taken by Brother J. Stewart Cruikshank from the Province of Ayrshire.

Bro Gibb's Mother Lodge is Lodge Baillie Nicol Jarvie No 1036 (Sponsor Lodge) and he took up the Office of Jeweller in Lodge Loch Lomond when it was founded in 1953.
