700^th Anniversary of the Battle of Bannockburn

Two hundred a twenty Freemasons from the Province of Stirlingshire and friends commemorated the 700^th Anniversary of the Battle of Bannockburn by holding a Dinner and Dance in the marquee of Stirling County Rugby Club on Saturday 31^st May 2014.

Doctor Elspeth King, Director of the Stirling Smith Art Gallery and Museum, gave an excellent after-dinner address on the significance of the battle to Scotland and the Scots.

Representatives from the Grand Lodge of Scotland and from the Lord Lieutenancy were also invited guests.
