Charity Cycle in Province

Members from various Lodges in the Province of Stirlingshire who are keen cyclists have got together to raise funds for Prostate Scotland. They propose to cycle for more than 100 miles over the two days Saturday 18^th and Sunday 19^th October 2014.

Their route will cover all 23 Lodges in the Province from Lodge Loch Lomond No 1483 and finish in Lodge St Andrew (Denny and Loanhead ) No 176.

It is hoped that each Lodge will support this venture by making use of the Sponsor Sheet issued to them. Thereafter such funds accrued will be collected by the participants at each Lodge on a timetable to be issued nearer the event.

Individual members of Lodges can participate by obtaining a Sponsor Sheet from Provincial Grand Secretary or a member of the Charity Cycling Committee.

If someone wishes to take part in the event in whole or in part they should also contact members of the Charity Cycling Committee.

The various members of the Committee are pictured on the attached photograph and meet regularly to build up their fitness for the big event.
